The older you get the wiser you become and the more you realize that having all this wisdom and knowledge means very little. Of course it counts for something, and it’s not useless, but if you’re looking at the big picture, which I try to keep in mind as much as possible, on a grand scale all of the information you have gathered and processed means very little. It certainly doesn’t prepare you for the curve balls life throws your way. Just when you think you have some things down, and you feel like you can read people, you get hit with a surprise, the unexpected, and the uninvited. Many men have said that there is no road map for life, you just go through it on your own and try to figure out what works for you, and I would have to agree. At this time I’m just trying to find my niche in this world, on this planet.
